OK

• Calorimetric anemometers can be made out of SiC at a wafer-scale with anodic bonding
• Such calorimeters have been tested in a boundary wind tunnel and have been shown to measure the WSS
• Higher overheats can be achieved -> better calorimetric response

Future work

• Due to high resistance values, a proper CTA circuit with bandwidth greater than 10 kHz has yet to be made to be able to use SiC as its full potential.
